A distinguished scholar and experienced legal advisor, Li has worked with global companies, startups, and government agencies over the last decade. Her expertise includes security laws, corporate governance and international mergers. She has handled hundreds of international contracts and helps organizations manage risks and navigate laws across countries. She earned her master’s degree in U.S. Law from Fordham University and is currently pursuing her Ph.D. at the National Development Research Institute in Taiwan.
